Cancellation Process
You can cancel your order within one hour of placing it, provided the products have not been dispatched. Cancellation can be initiated through the following methods:

Important Notes:
- If an order is not cancelled within the one-hour window, cancellation will not be permitted.
- A complete refund will be initiated for prepaid orders cancelled within one hour. The refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours after your cancellation request is approved.
- Orders placed using gift cards are not eligible for cancellation.
- We reserve the right to delay or refuse refunds for up to 3-6 months for customers with a history of bulk cancellations or questionable transactions.
Return Process
You may request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product, subject to the conditions outlined below:
Returns are eligible only for the following reasons:
- The product is damaged during transit.
- The product arrives in damaged packaging.
- An incorrect product is delivered.
To initiate a return:

- Upload the following images of the product as proof:
- Front view of the product showing its name.
- Back view of the product.
- Barcode on the product box.
- Image of the outer packaging.
Once your return request is approved:
- Our team will arrange for a pickup of the product(s).
- Upon verification, the refund process will be initiated.
Refunds
Prepaid Orders:
Refunds will be processed within 24-48 business hours after the returned product(s) have been picked up and verified. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and may take an additional 3-7 working days to appear in your account.
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunds for COD orders will be credited to your bank account after collecting your bank details.
Gift Cards:
Orders paid for using gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
Gift Boxes:
If a return request is approved for an order containing a Gift Box, the amount paid for the Gift Box will not be refunded.
Replacements
Replacements are subject to the availability of stock. If a replacement cannot be arranged due to unavailability, a refund will be processed.
Important Notes:
- Replacements are only eligible for the same product that was damaged in transit, delivered incorrectly, or arrived in damaged packaging.
- Replacement requests for a different product or exchanges are not permitted.
International Orders
International orders are not eligible for returns, replacements, or exchanges.
